This Privacy Policy describes how RosterKit ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information. RosterKit is published by Philip Vieyra.

1. What RosterKit Does

RosterKit is a shift roster management tool. It consists of two apps:

We do not transmit any data to our own servers at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

RosterKit Manager offers an optional paid subscription ($5.99 AUD/month or $59.99 AUD/year) processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment card information or billing details. All payment data is handled by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information on how Apple handles payment data.

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

5. Analytics and Tracking

RosterKit does not include any analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking of any kind. We do not collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, or usage statistics.

6. Third-Party Services

The only third party involved in the operation of RosterKit is Apple, which provides the App Store, in-app purchase infrastructure, and iCloud (if you enable device backups). We do not integrate with any other third-party services.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All your data is stored in your device's local storage. To delete all RosterKit data, uninstall the app from your device. We have no ability to access, retrieve, or delete data on your behalf.

8. Children's Privacy

RosterKit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
