These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RosterKit apps ("RosterKit Manager" and "RosterKit Staff"), published by Philip Vieyra ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using RosterKit, you agree to these Terms.
RosterKit consists of two separate applications:
Both apps store all data locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive or store your data.
RosterKit Manager offers the following access tiers:
RosterKit Staff is free with no restrictions.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
To manage or cancel your subscription: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain Pro access until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.
All data you enter into RosterKit — including staff records, roster assignments, and availability data — is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility to maintain. We have no access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.
We strongly recommend using the backup feature (available on Pro) or your device's standard iCloud backup to safeguard your data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of RosterKit shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
